SUMMARY:The Ones Who Remember: Second Generation Voices of the Holocaust
DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe book\, “The Ones Who Remember: Second Generation Voic
 es of the Holocaust”\, is not a book that tells about the horrors of the
  holocaust from a first person perspective but rather the story of what it
  was like to grow up with a parent that carried that experience -- horror 
 and sadness with them all the days of their life -- how this formed their 
 childhood and how they live their lives as adults. The stories are poignan
 t\, sometimes a little funny\, completely heartfelt and sweetly pays homag
 e to their parents.\n\nThis presentation will feature a panel of second ge
 neration survivors who will discuss their unique experiences as the  chil
 d of a holocaust survivor.\n\nBooks will be available for purchase for tho
 se interested.\n\nThis program will be in the Library’s Lower Level meet
