DESCRIPTION:In-Person Story Time for Toddlers and Preschoolers\, Tuesdays a
 t 10:00 am\n\nThis winter story time session will start on Tuesday\, Febru
 ary 15 and run through Tuesday\, March 1. Children 18 months to 5 years of
  age may sign up for one story time session. Each registration is for the 
 entire 3-week session. Children under 18 months may attend\, however books
  and activities are geared for toddlers and preschoolers. Infants are welc
 ome at story times with their siblings. Parents or caregivers are required
  to attend. Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes.\n\nWinter Story T
 imes for children include picture\, pop-up and interactive books\, flannel
 -board stories\, songs\, puppets\, finger plays and other activities that 
 encourage a love of reading.\n\nRegistration is Required beginning Tuesday
 \, December 28.  Space is limited due to social distancing.\n\nPlease reg
 ister for story time sessions at the library or by calling the library 734
 -426-4477\n\nCurrently\, the Dexter District Library requires registration
  for all indoor\, in-person programs.  Registrants will need to register 
 all members of their party.  During this time\, only pre-registered atten
 dees will be seated.  To provide for adequate social distancing\, the Li
 brary will need to limit the number of in-person attendees at each program
 .  Past attendance patterns for in-person events would frequently exceed
  current COVID-19 capacity limits.  Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.  Th
 e Library will continue to monitor COVID-19 conditions and the Library Boa
 rd will review these requirements on a monthly basis.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nIMPORT
