SUMMARY:Story Time Thursdays at 11:00 am In-Person
DESCRIPTION:In-Person Story Time for Toddlers and Preschoolers\, Thursdays 
 at 11:00 am\n\nThis winter story time session will start on Thursday\, Feb
 ruary 17 and run through Thursday\, March 3. Children 18 months to 5 years
  of age may sign up for one story time session. Each registration is for t
 he entire 3-week session. Children under 18 months may attend\, however bo
 oks and activities are geared for toddlers and preschoolers. Infants are w
 elcome at story times with their siblings. Parents or caregivers are requi
 red to attend. Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes.\n\nWinter Stor
 y Times for children include picture\, pop-up and interactive books\, flan
 nel-board stories\, songs\, puppets\, finger plays and other activities th
 at encourage a love of reading.\n\nRegistration is Required beginning Tues
 day\, December 28.  Space is limited due to social distancing.\n\nPlease 
 register for story time sessions at the library or by calling the library 
 734-426-4477\n\nCurrently\, the Dexter District Library requires registrat
 ion for all indoor\, in-person programs.  Registrants will need to regist
 er all members of their party.  During this time\, only pre-registered at
 tendees will be seated.  To provide for adequate social distancing\, the
  Library will need to limit the number of in-person attendees at each prog
 ram.  Past attendance patterns for in-person events would frequently exc
 eed current COVID-19 capacity limits.  Walk-ins cannot be accommodated. 
  The Library will continue to monitor COVID-19 conditions and the Library 
 Board will review these requirements on a monthly basis.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nIMP
 ORTANT! PLEASE READ!\n\n In-person Story Times and Youth Programs:\n\nWit
 h consideration for the ongoing pandemic\, and for the safety of everyone 
 involved\, please take special note of the following:\n\n 	Registration is
  required for all Story Times and Youth programs.\n 	Space is limited – 
 each individual\, including adults and infants should register so we have 
 an accurate count of how many people are in the room.\n 	Face coverings ar
 e REQUIRED for all patrons who are medically able to wear face coverings d
 uring Story Times and Youth programs held indoors. Presenting Librarians 
 will be masked.\n 	Face covering requirements are subject to change withou
 t notice.\n
