SUMMARY:Story Time Mondays at 11:00 am In-Person
DESCRIPTION:In-Person Story Time for Toddlers and Preschoolers\, Mondays at
  11:00 am\n\nThis winter story time session will start on Monday\, Februar
 y 14 and run through Monday\, February 28. Children 18 months to 5 years o
 f age may sign up for one story time session. Each registration is for the
  entire 3-week session. Children under 18 months may attend\, however book
 s and activities are geared for toddlers and preschoolers. Infants are wel
 come at story times with their siblings. Parents or caregivers are require
 d to attend. Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes.\n\nWinter Story 
 Times for children include picture\, pop-up and interactive books\, flanne
 l-board stories\, songs\, puppets\, finger plays and other activities that
  encourage a love of reading.\n\nRegistration is Required beginning Tuesda
 y\, December 28.  Space is limited due to social distancing.\n\nPlease re
 gister for story time sessions at the library or by calling the library 73
 4-426-4477\n\nCurrently\, the Dexter District Library requires registratio
 n for all indoor\, in-person programs.  Registrants will need to register
  all members of their party.  During this time\, only pre-registered atte
 ndees will be seated.  To provide for adequate social distancing\, the L
 ibrary will need to limit the number of in-person attendees at each progra
 m.  Past attendance patterns for in-person events would frequently excee
 d current COVID-19 capacity limits.  Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.  T
 he Library will continue to monitor COVID-19 conditions and the Library Bo
 ard will review these requirements on a monthly basis.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nIMPOR
 TANT! PLEASE READ!\n\n In-person Story Times and Youth Programs:\n\nWith 
 consideration for the ongoing pandemic\, and for the safety of everyone in
 volved\, please take special note of the following:\n\n 	Registration is r
 equired for all Story Times and Youth programs.\n 	Space is limited – ea
 ch individual\, including adults and infants should register so we have an
  accurate count of how many people are in the room.\n 	Face coverings are 
 REQUIRED for all patrons who are medically able to wear face coverings dur
 ing Story Times and Youth programs held indoors. Presenting Librarians wi
 ll be masked.\n 	Face covering requirements are subject to change without 
 notice.\n
