DESCRIPTION:\nIn this class\, students will learn how edit their digital ph
 otos using Photoshop Elements.  Topics such as using the organizer\, fixi
 ng photos\, guided mode\, and photo projects will be covered.\n\nDuring th
 e winter of 2022\, the Dexter District Library will require registration f
 or all indoor\, in-person programs.  Registrants will need to register al
 l members of their party.  During this time\, only pre-registered attende
 es will be seated.  To provide for adequate social distancing\, the Libra
 ry will need to limit the number of in-person attendees at each program. 
  Past attendance patterns for in-person events would frequently exceed cu
 rrent COVID-19 capacity limits.  Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.  The L
 ibrary will continue to monitor COVID-19 conditions and the Library Board 
 will review these requirements on a monthly basis.\n\nDue to the persisten
 ce of the COVID-19 virus and the advent of the omicron variant\, all atten
 dees at in person programs\, who can medically tolerate a face covering\, 
 will be required to wear face coverings.
