DESCRIPTION:\n\nWednesday\, December 29\n\nSession 2 - 11:30 am – 12:15 p
 m\n\nKids of all ages and their families\n\nRegistration begins Wednesday\
 , Decmber 1\n\n\nChildren of all ages are invited to create New Year's hat
 s and noisemakers to ring in the New Year. Space is limited. Registration 
 is required. Face coverings are required.\n\nPlease include your child’s
  first and last name in the registration.\n\nPlease put your child’s
  grade in the comments.\n\nDexter District Library is currently requirin
 g registration for all indoor\, in-person programs.  Registrants will nee
 d to register all members of their party individually.  During this time\
 , only pre-registered attendees will be seated.  To provide for adequate
  social distancing\, the Library will need to limit the number of in-perso
 n attendees at each program.  Past attendance patterns for in-person eve
 nts would frequently exceed current COVID-19 capacity limits.  Walk-ins c
 annot be accommodated.  The Library will continue to monitor COVID-19 con
 ditions and the Library Board will review these requirements on a monthly 
 basis.\n\nDue to the persistence of the COVID-19 virus and the advent of t
 he omicron variant\, all attendees at in person programs\, who can medical
 ly tolerate a face covering\, will be required to wear face coverings.
