  the presenter:\n\nMary Spencer has been a culinary instructor for over 20
  years. She learned to cook from attending cooking seminars from acclaimed
  chefs including Jacques Papin\, Milos Cihelka\, Giulliano Bugialli and Ni
 cholas Malgieri.  She is owner of Taste: A Cook’s Place\, LLC\, a North
