DESCRIPTION:\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nRelax and Restore with this gentle\, stress reli
 eving yoga practice. Create harmony and balance of body and mind through p
 hysical postures\, breathing techniques and an extended guided relaxation 
 at the end of class. Suitable for most fitness and experience levels. Modi
 fications are offered for both dialing back and going deeper into your pra
 ctice. This class is a perfect introduction to yoga.\n\nAbout the Instruct
 or: Andrea Astley Dinsdale\, Crysterra Wellness LLC\n\nI am a RYT Certifi
 ed Yoga Instructor and have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. In add
 ition to the Dexter District Library\, I teach with Dexter and Chelsea Adu
 lt Community Education\, as well as Verapose Yoga. I am also a Certified C
 linical Reflexologist and see clients in the Dexter area. My main areas of
  focus are building and maintaining mental and physical balance\, strength
  and flexibility through a lens of self-care for stress relief and optimal
  wellness.\n\nYoga classes will be onsite in the Library’s Lower Level m
 eeting room.  These classes are for adults (18+). Registration is mandato
 ry for each class.  Space is limited. Scroll Down to register or call the
  Library at 734-426-4477 (ext 120)\n\nNote: Participants will be required 
 to sign an Accident Waiver and Release of Liability form prior to class. I
 f possible\, please bring a yoga mat or beach towel to class.\n\nPlease ar
