SUMMARY:Gentle Restorative Yoga for Stress and Anxiety Relief
DESCRIPTION:\n\nRelax and Restore with this gentle\, stress relieving yoga 
 practice. Create harmony and balance of body and mind through physical pos
 tures\, breathing techniques and an extended guided relaxation at the end 
 of class. Suitable for most fitness and experience levels. Modifications a
 re offered for both dialing back and going deeper into your practice. This
  class is a perfect introduction to yoga.\n\nAbout the Instructor:\n\nAndr
 ea Astley Dinsdale is a RYT Certified Yoga Instructor who has been practic
 ing yoga for over 20 years. In addition to the Dexter District Library\, s
 he teaches with Dexter and Chelsea Adult Community Education\, as well as 
 Verapose Yoga. Andrea is also a Certified Clinical Reflexologist and sees 
 clients in the Dexter area. Her main areas of focus are building and maint
 aining mental and physical balance\, strength and flexibility through a le
 ns of self-care for stress relief and optimal wellness.\n\nYoga classes wi
 ll be onsite in the Library’s lower-level meeting room.  Classes are fo
 r adults (18+). Registration is mandatory for each class.  Space is limit
 ed. Please register online at the Library’s Event Calendar\, at the Adul
 t Service desk or call the library at 734-426-4477.\n\nAdditional Spring Y
 oga Class Dates: Thursday\, June 4\, June 11\, and June 18.\n\n(Note: you 
 must register for each class date separately)\n\nNote: Participants will b
 e required to sign an Accident Waiver and Release of Liability form prior 
 to class. If possible\, please bring a yoga mat or beach towel to class.\n
