DESCRIPTION:\n\nCancelled due to instructor's schedule conflict \n\nRelax a
 nd Restore with this gentle\, stress relieving yoga practice. Create harmo
 ny and balance of body and mind through physical postures\, breathing tech
 niques and an extended guided relaxation at the end of class. Suitable for
  most fitness and experience levels. Modifications are offered for both di
 aling back and going deeper into your practice. This class is a perfect in
 troduction to yoga.\n\nAbout the Instructor:\n\nAndrea Astley Dinsdale is 
 a RYT Certified Yoga Instructor who has been practicing yoga for over 20 y
 ears. In addition to the Dexter District Library\, she teaches with Dexter
  and Chelsea Adult Community Education\, as well as Verapose Yoga. Andrea 
 is also a Certified Clinical Reflexologist and sees clients in the Dexter 
 area. Her main areas of focus are building and maintaining mental and phys
 ical balance\, strength and flexibility through a lens of self-care for st
 ress relief and optimal wellness.\n\nYoga classes will be onsite in the Li
 brary’s lower-level meeting room.  Classes are for adults (18+). Regist
 ration is mandatory for each class.  Space is limited. Please register on
 line at the Library’s Event Calendar\, at the Adult Service desk or call
  the library at 734-426-4477.\n\n(Note: you must register for each class d
 ate separately)\n\nNote: Participants will be required to sign an Accident
  Waiver and Release of Liability form prior to class. If possible\, please
  bring a yoga mat or beach towel to class.\n\n&nbsp\;
