DESCRIPTION:Have You Been Convicted of a Crime?  Prescreening will help de
 termine if specific issues can be expunged\, prior to attending a Michigan
  Works! Expungement Fair.\n\nMichigan Works! Holds expungement fairs to he
 lp individuals overcome obstacles to employment.  Attend this pre-screeni
 ng session prior to the Fair in September to determine eligibility.  Pres
 creening will be held in the Library's second floor small group study room
 .\n\nEligibility Requirements:\n\n 	Convictions must have occurred in Wash
 tenaw County\n 	No more than one felony conviction\n 	No more than two mis
 demeanor convictions\n 	No traffic offenses\, such as operating while into
 xicated\n 	Must be at least five years since date of conviction\, release 
 from incarceration or discharge of probation or parole\, whichever occurre
 d last\n\nThe next criminal record Expungement Fair will be held September
