DESCRIPTION:\n\nAs part of the Dexter Bicentennial Celebration\, on Sunday
 \, May 19\, 2024\, the Dexter District Library\, the Dexter Area Historica
 l Society and Forest Lawn Cemetery of Dexter will be offering a walking to
 ur of the historic Forest Lawn Cemetery which is located on Grand Street. 
  The free tours will include the history of the cemetery along with infor
 mation on members of Judge Dexter’s family.  To fully enjoy the cemeter
 y tour\, you will need to do a lot of walking over uneven ground.   We wi
 ll limit the size of each group so that you will be able to interact with 
 the characters who will be portraying some Dexter family members buried
  in the cemetery\n\n Registration is mandatory\, space is limited. Partic
 ipants will be in groups of 10. A guide will be with you for the tour.  P
 lease meet at Forest Lawn Cemetery 5 -10 minutes prior to the assigned ti

 n\nThe cemetery tour is free. Donations will be accepted for the Forest La
 wn Cemetery Tree Fund for those that wish to contribute.
