DESCRIPTION:Just in time for Halloween\, follow along with local artist\, K
 eith McGuire as he shares tips on how to draw a variety of Halloween theme
 d creatures.\n\nSince Dexter Schools have a half day\, kids in grades 4-8 
 are invited to participate in the 3:00pm workshop as they have fun drawing
  scary creatures.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nSpace is limited. Registration is required
  and begins September 15.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nIMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!\n\n In-pe
 rson Story Times and Youth Programs:\n\nWith consideration for the ongoing
  pandemic\, and for the safety of everyone involved\, please take special 
 note of the following:\n\n 	Registration is required for all Story Times a
 nd Youth programs.\n 	Space is limited – each individual\, including adu
 lts and infants should register so we have an accurate count of how many p
 eople are in the room.\n 	Face coverings are REQUIRED for all patrons who 
 are medically able to wear face coverings during Story Times and Youth pro
 grams held indoors. Presenting Librarians will be masked.\n 	Face coverin
 g requirements are subject to change without notice.\n\nPlease include you
 r child’s first and last name in the registration.\n\nPlease put your ch
 ild’s grade in the comments.\n\nDuring the fall of 2021\, the Dexter Dis
 trict Library will require registration for all indoor\, in-person program
 s.  Registrants will need to register all members of their party.  Durin
 g this time\, only pre-registered attendees will be seated.  To provide 
 for adequate social distancing\, the Library will need to limit the number
  of in-person attendees at each program.  Past attendance patterns for i
 n-person events would frequently exceed current COVID-19 capacity limits.
   Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.  The Library will continue to monitor
  COVID-19 conditions and the Library Board will review these requirements 
 on a monthly basis.
