SUMMARY:Cooking with Mary Spencer: Soups and Stews
DESCRIPTION:\n\nJoin Mary Spencer for this onsite cooking demonstration fea
 turing Soups and Stews. Mary will make Kapusniak (Polish Potato Kielbasa a
 nd Cabbage Soup) and Roasted Tomato White Bean Stew. Participants will be 
 able to sample both dishes. Recipes will be handed out to those attending.
 \n\nAbout the presenter:\n\nMary Spencer has been a culinary instructor fo
 r over 20 years. She learned to cook from attending cooking seminars from 
 acclaimed chefs including Jacques Papin\, Milos Cihelka\, Giulliano Bugial
 li and Nicholas Malgieri.  She is owner of Taste: A Cook’s Place\, LLC\
 , a Northville Michigan cooking school and cook’s resource center.  Her
