 n\nAbout the presenter:\n\nMary Spencer has been a culinary instructor for
  over 20 years. She learned to cook from attending cooking seminars from a
 cclaimed chefs including Jacques Papin\, Milos Cihelka\, Giulliano Bugiall
 i and Nicholas Malgieri.  She is owner of Taste: A Cook’s Place\, LLC\,
  a Northville Michigan cooking school and cook’s resource center.  Her
