  to celebrate the Chinese New Year by joining Mary Spencer for this virtua
 l cooking demonstration. Mary will be making Shrimp &amp\; Broccoli Lo Mei
 n and Sesame Ginger Beef from her home kitchen. There will be plenty of ti
 me to ask Mary questions about Chinese sauces\, spices and cooking techniq
 ues. Recipes will be emailed to those attending the program.\n\nAbout the 
 presenter:\n\nMary Spencer has been a culinary instructor for over 20 year
 s. She learned to cook from attending cooking seminars from acclaimed chef
 s including Jacques Papin\, Milos Cihelka\, Giulliano Bugialli and Nichola
 s Malgieri.  She is owner of Taste: A Cook’s Place\, LLC\, a Northville
