 ons. Join Mary Spencer as she grills from her backyard.  Learn techniques
  for grilling on charcoal\, gas &amp\; wood.  Mary will advise on the bes
 t seasonings\, rubs and marinades for grilling and share a couple of her f
 avorite grilling recipes.  There will be plenty of time for questions dur
 ing and after the program.\n\nAbout the presenter:\n\nMary Spencer has bee
 n a culinary instructor for over 20 years. She learned to cook from attend
 ing cooking seminars from acclaimed chefs including Jacques Papin\, Milos 
 Cihelka\, Giulliano Bugialli and Nicholas Malgieri.  She is owner of Tast
 e: A Cook’s Place\, LLC\, a Northville Michigan cooking school and cook
