SUMMARY:ZOOM All Star Readers Book Club
DESCRIPTION:\n\nAll Star Readers Book Club will not meet in person this mon
 th. We will be meeting on Zoom instead\n\nAll Star Readers Book Club  for
  Third and Fourth Graders\n\nAll Star Readers Book Club for grades three a
 nd four will meet in person this winter. We’ll play an icebreaker game\,
  have a book discussion\, and do an activity related to the book we discus
 s. Books will be available to pick up at the library after you register. O
 ur January book is Mr. Popper's Penguins by Florence and Richard Atwater.\
 n\nRegistration is Required beginning Thursday\, December 16\n\nPlease inc
 lude your child’s first and last name in the registration. Please put yo
 ur child’s grade in the comments.\n\nDuring the fall of 2021\, the Dexte
 r District Library will require registration for all indoor\, in-person pr
 ograms.  Registrants will need to register all members of their party.  
 During this time\, only pre-registered attendees will be seated.  To pro
 vide for adequate social distancing\, the Library will need to limit the n
 umber of in-person attendees at each program.  Past attendance patterns 
 for in-person events would frequently exceed current COVID-19 capacity lim
 its.  Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.  The Library will continue to mon
 itor COVID-19 conditions and the Library Board will review these requireme
 nts on a monthly basis\n\nDue to the persistence of the COVID-19 virus and
  the advent of the omicron variant\, all attendees at in person programs\,
  who can medically tolerate a face covering\, will be required to wear fac
 e coverings.
